This stylish, modern first-floor holiday apartment sleeps 6. It is located near Casares on the less developed section of the Spanish coast beyond the main Costa del Sol, yet within easy reach of Marbella, Gibraltar and excellent golf courses. The apartment is situated in the exclusive gated development of La Perla de la Bahia, which is known for its beautiful gardens and unusual Moorish-style architecture. The apartment has magnificent views, and pool + separate toddlers pool are only a few yards away. There is satellite TV/DVD showing UK programmes, plus air conditioning, Jacuzzi-style whirlpool bath, and master bedroom with extra-wide super-kingsize bed. In the summer months there is a beach cafe just a few minutes' walk away.

On arrival you will be greeted by our property managers Amanda and Yvonne, who handle everything for us at the Spanish end. They will hand over keys, show you the apartment and make sure you have everything you need for a great holiday.

Master bedroom with extra-wide superkingsized bed has ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath, bidet and seperate shower enclosure.
There are twin beds in the other two bedrooms.
The second bathroom has a bath with shower attachment.
The spacious living room with separate dining area leads directly on to the sun terrace.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There is a utility area with washing machine.
The apartment has air-conditioning and is connected to the underground car parking area by lift.
The large sun terrace has two sun loungers and a table seating six.
Sheltered by the slopes of the Sierra Bermeja mountains, this first-line beach apartment is located in a renowned urbanisation. It is within easy reach of Puerto de La Duquesa and Estepona with its bustling Sunday market. The spacious sun terrace overlooks the tropical gardens and boasts superb uninterrupted views across the Mediterranean. Enjoy romantic evenings dining al fresco on the terrace watching the sun setting. There are excellent shopping facilities and restaurants nearby and the apartment is only minutes from some of finest golf courses on the coast. This home makes a great holiday base for the whole family and friends, with the famous Spanish 'white towns' of Andalucia within easy driving distance; further afield you can visit Seville or Granada. There is easy access to many leisure activities and it is just an hour's drive from Malaga airport or 30 minutes from Gibraltar.
